If you've been following this blog at all or know me you know that I have a problem with colors. It's not that I don't like them or anything, but for some reason I gravitate towards the tans, greys and blacks. I love neutrals! I love lamp! (I apologize for the Anchorman reference but I couldn't help myself). So when this week's Friday's Fancies theme was Fashion Forward I decided to push myself and put on some color. I took a huge leap and chose blue jeans! Ok baby steps here folks, baby steps.
I have the same attraction to neutrals and my bff teases me that I dress like a wilderness girl because I love olive green, tans and greys. When I did my labor day shopping, I challenged myself to find prints and colors that would fit with the rest of my closet, but add splashes of color. So far I'm loving it. I love your picks for Fashion Forward- those boots and the clutch are so rockstar, but the cozy knit keeps it grounded.
